Dr. C. Bhaktavatsala Rao has had a remarkable career spanning over 50 years. He has worked with several well-known companies in India and around the world. He was the Managing Director and Executive Chairman of Hospira Healthcare India Pvt Limited, a Pfizer Company, before turning his full-time focus to writing and teaching as well as mentoring.
Dr. Rao holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Management and an M. Tech. in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras. He also has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University. Today, he serves as a chair professor in management studies at IIT Madras and is the founder of LeaderCrest Academy.
